Dear INSARAG Focal Points and Partners,
On 04-05 November 2020 the INSARAG Secretariat is organizing an INSARAG technical After-Action Review on the USAR response in Lebanon, following the port explosions that occurred in August 2020.
We are pleased to invite you to this event that will be conducted virtually to allow the network to connect to an online platform.
Physical participation in Geneva is limited to the moderators and presenters only, due to the travels restrictions and limitations related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meeting will take place through Webex and we will send the link to registered participants a few days before the meeting starts.

The After-Action Review will be divided into five sessions covering three main categories of the response:
- USAR Coordination Cell, USAR Operations and lessons in a pandemic response;
- INSARAG Coordination and Information Management Systems;
- Damage Assessment Coordination Center.
