INSARAG AEME Regional Exercise, 5-8 November 2019, Baku, Azerbaijan

The INSARAG AEME Regional exercise has taken place from 5 to 8 November 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan. This exercise benefited of high level representatives as the Minister of Emergecy Situation of Republic of Azerbaijan that opened the ceremony in presence of the Minister of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus and the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan.  It gathered 14 USAR Teams, 5 EMT Teams, 1 UNDAC team and 10 international organisations that during 4 days worked hard to complete theis learning experience. Azerbaijan teams benefited of the presence of their mentor (Turkey) and of a high level panel of Excon from different countries and organisations, Belarus, Estonia, Iceland, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, UK, USA and OCHA, WHO, UN, MapAction.
