The Ukranian Urban Search and Rescue Team (Mobile Rescue)  has successfully undergone an intensive field exercise as per the External Reclassification of USAR Team under the INSARAG guidelines from 3 to 7 September 2019 in Ukraine.

A professional group of experts from Spain, United Kingdom, Chile, Norway (IRO), France, Italy, USA, Singapore and China  (and with Poland mentor) participated as classifiers in INSARAG's flagship and unique peer review and quality assurance process.
