REGIONAL GROUP MEETING 2008 — DUBAI

The 2008 annual meeting of the INSARAG Regional Group Africa/Europe/Middle East was held in Dubai, UAE on 25/26 November 2008. The meeting was hosted by the Government of the UAE (Dubai Police), Germany (THW) and the INSARAG Secretariat.
