Please find attached revisions of key INSARAG/ICMS forms based on lessons learned from the February 2023 Turkiye Earthquake response with the aim of simplifying the forms. The first sheet in the Excel file is an introductory page. Please review them carefully and

1) send your comments to insarag@un.org. prior to our important meeting in Brazil and/or

2) be prepared to discuss what else might be needed for these forms while in Brazil.

Note that these are not all the INSARAG/ICMS forms, only the ones that have been reviewed following the 2023 response.
