Contact The meeting of the INSARAG Regional Group Africa/Europe/Midle-East was held in Tunis, Tunisia on 21/22 November 2007. The meeting was hosted by the Tunisian Government and co-organised by the Tunisian Civil Protection and the German THW. The meeting was chaired by Gen. Moncef Belkhir, Director General of the Tunisian Civil Protection. 80 participants form 39 countries and organisations attended the meeting.
